Farcaster is finally accepted that they're shifting the focus from Social to Wallet.
I've used Farcaster occasionally but never felt using like X to be honest.
Although we do have a dream for Decentralised Social Platform but do we have enough people caring about Decentralisation ?
No
That's why most Decentralised Social Platforms are failing.
Because for Any Social Network To Grow : We need people to do social networking there on the app
People stay where their friends their favourite Influencers their favourite celebrities are posting.
It's called network effect and not everybody is interested building the same graph again on new social platform.
Especially if the only reason is the Decentralised
Not an expert but I'm sharing whatever I'm feeling because i feel bad when Big Funded projects missed to make it after so much effort.
